HOW TO ORDER ?
There are three ways to order through TERROIR DIRECT : by phone, through our website and through our internet Excel order form.
a) By phone: call us on 04 67 79 01 26, Monday from 9 am till 8 pm and Tuesday from 9 am till 2 pm for delivery on Thursdays or Fridays.
You can also call anytime from Monday to Friday to pass your order for the following weeks. We also provide a paper catalogue.
b) Through our website

How to order the contents of your basket:
Click on the different food categories on the left column (for example: “meat”) and on the subcategories (for example: poultry). You will be shown in the centre the references and descriptions of each product available. Click on the icon to add a product to your basket. Then, using the + and – signs, define the quantity.
How to validate and identify, and control receipt:
Once
your order is finished, click on “validate” choose your pick up site, and
validate. Then fill in your personal details. All the details are obligatory
except the mobile number (as your order would remain blank otherwise). If you
only have one phone number but you are asked to provide two, please put the
same phone number twice. Validate and then a following message should appear
“Thank you for your order with Terroir Direct”. You
will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of your order from an
internet site and a personalised message: “Hello your order as been received”
with name of the person looking after your order. If you do not receive this
message by Tuesday
c) Through our internet Excel order form:
On the home page click on the bubble underneath the goat and download the Excel file with the weekly available products.

requesting us to send you that file. You
will then have to send us back the completed Excel form as an attachment to
your e-mail, before
Where to pick up your order?
Your order will be ready for collection on Thursday or Friday depending on the pick up point.
On Thursday:
- Castelnau-Le-Lez

- Montpellier South East, between 3 pm and 7.00 pm, Cave St Vincent, 23 Quai Laurens, near the new police station.

- Eastern Nîmes, Courbessac : between 4.30 pm and 7.30 pm, news agent, place de l'Eglise.
- Southern Nîmes between 5.00 pm and 7.00 pm, Chambre d'agriculture, Mas des Abeilles, near "But" and "Grand Frais"
- Western Nîmes between 5.00 pm and 7.00 pm, centre du Castanet, at the jonction betwween route de sauve and route d’Alès.
- Sommières between 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm, Parc d'activité de l'Arnède, at Mangez bio’s, second building behind the wine cooperative.
On Friday :

Packaging and delivery costs:
For all package, an extra cost for packaging and delivery services is required:
- 1.70 euros for pick up at our Castelnau-Le-Lez site
- 2.70 euros for pick up at any other sites
Payment
Payment will be effected upon pick up of your package preferably by check made to Terroir Direct or, failing that, by cash. You will be given a detailed invoice.
